This sounds AMAZING with or without the Rose'...

This easy frosé, or frozen rosé wine, is smooth and refreshing. It gets it's sweetness and bright pink color naturally from frozen watermelon. This recipe is easy to make as a virgin watermelon slushie and is perfect for summer gatherings.

Prep time: 00:05, Cook time: 00:02, Total time: 00:07
Yield: 2 servings

10 oz. rosé wine
4 cups frozen watermelon cubes
juice of 1 lime

  • Place the wine, frozen watermelon cubes, and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Using a rubber spatula, transfer to serving glasses and enjoy right away. Frosé can also be frozen for an hour or two ahead of time.

Non-alcoholic watermelon slushie version: Simply omit the wine and you'll have a delicious frozen treat. If the blender won't turn, you can add a splash of sparkling water such as LaCroix.
