If you were born in the 80's or were old enough to walk around the mall in the 80's you probably remember those super sweet but yet oh-so-dreamy Orange Julius's. Who knows what they put in those things. But we didn't really care, because they tasted so good, right?! Well here is a HEALTHY and possibly better tasting version of those Orange Dreams. Dairy Free too!
Orange Dream Protein Smoothie

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (the brand that I used contains 100 calories per scoop)
1 teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup Trader Joe's Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or your Almond Milk of choice)
¾ cup freshly-squeezed orange juice (from about 2 large navel oranges)
1 teaspoon orange zest
1-2 cups ice
Add all ingredients to blender and combine!
Top with Whipped Cream and Sprinkles (optional but HIGHLY encouraged)
