Caramel Apple Smoothie

We promise, it's healthier than it sounds! Who doesn't love caramel apples? Well, I'm sure there are some people out there that don't.. but we don't know any of them! JUMP into Fall with this delicious fall smoothie. You get all the great benefits of apples, they improve eyesight, aid in digestion and lower cholesterol to name a few.. in a scrumptious drinkable form!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 whole apples, skinned and cored

  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1/4 cup pecans (or walnuts if you prefer)

  • 2 tablespoons caramel

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Add ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend on low until smooth.

  3. Drizzle with caramel and top with pecans (optional).

  4. Dig in!
