Immune Booster Beet, Carrot & Orange Juice

It's always a good time to drink an immune-boosting fresh juice. These powerful nutrients also help detoxify your liver and keep your body healthy!

Calories: 177 kcal

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Beet (peeled)

  • 1.1 lb Carrots 500g (peeled)

  • 2.2 lb Oranges 1kg (peeled)

 

Instructions:

  1. Roughly chop the beet, carrots and oranges. When peeling and chopping the beet, use gloves and apron to avoid staining your hands and clothes.

  2. Throw them in a juicer and in about 2 minutes you will end up with this delicious healthy juice. 

*You can also add some fresh ginger root for a yummy twist on this juice. Ginger provides even more anti-inflammatory and immune boosting properties.
