As the weather gets warmer we start to crave cold drinks.. refreshing, thirst-quenching Iced Cold Lemonade comes to mind. BUT it's usually filled with processed sugar and, thus, sometimes we refrain from indulging. This recipe has NO refined sugar, is mostly sweetened with fruit and a little raw honey. You can even cut it down with some sparkling water and make a light and bubbly treat!
All Natural Mango Lemonade

2 cups mango chunks about 2 fresh mangoes
Juice of 1 medium lemon
12 oz water
1-2 tsp raw honey optional
Divide ingredients evenly between two large glasses (I used 16 oz mason jars)
Use an immersion blender to blend ingredients in each glass. Add ice and enjoy!
If serving more than 2, multiply recipe as needed and blend in a standard blender, then pour over ice to serve.
*ADD sparkling water in your preferred ratio for a bubbly treat!
